Help with Rendus

Email help@rendus.org. If you got a text from Rendus, you can also reply HELP to it.

Stop messages

• Reply STOP to any text from Rendus. You will get no more texts to that number.
• On any bill, receipt or agreement link you can press Block this sender, Stop reminders or Report. No account is needed.

Report something wrong

If someone is using Rendus to harass you, to pressure you, or to pretend to be someone else, press Report on the link you were sent, or email abuse@rendus.org with the message you received.

Your data

You can download your data or delete your account yourself, from the Plan page when you are signed in. For anything else about your data, email privacy@rendus.org.

Billing

Manage or cancel Plus from the Plan page. It takes one click. For a billing question, email help@rendus.org.
